    The staff was very nice. Rooms were average and in need of some minor repairs, however did not affect our stay. We had a wonderfull time. food and entertainment was great. The only negtive down fall was a constant very loud humming from water pipes when others used the water in there rooms. Of the day this did not matter, however at night made rest very difficult.

    Our room stunk, was dirty, had a sliding glass door w/ no screen in it, so there was no fresh air. They need to remodel!! The beach was filthy! The water park is super small, Jason's Cafe has an outside area that is filthy! This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and we thought the whole town was run down and dirty. Although we found a nicer, newer, cleaner area on our last day - Broadway at the Beach area has a great boardwalk! Please do not waste your money on Sea Mist, stay elsewhere.

    We arrived on a Sunday night June 13 for one night. Really busy place it was packed, we were able to check in at 2:30 PM. Room was nice. They have a lot of pool area to offer kids, not so much for adults. The bad part is the pool was dirty and the rest room to change in when waiting for your room was very dirty. I have to say that there were kids running all over from the beach to pool and that was why the pool was dirty, then there were a lot of people using that restroom (but I think they could have cleaned it every half hour or so). I would stay again but would look at other places first.

    my daughter and I went to this hotel in may 2010 . Our toilet leaked water all day and night we had to use all of our towels to clean up. they would stop the elevators on the 5th floor so no one could use them. Just to save money!!! The beach and pools were filthy. No where to eat so everywhere was far. Do not stay here. Old and run down not remodled like it said...

    to give a better idea at was at this hotel for a few days on a family celebration and had more than 2 rooms. the hotel is in a great location their employees are friendly and helpful they will go above and beyond to pleased their customer. the pool and the water park for the kids is great. The rooms are in terrible conditions not being clean, water leaking from the ceiling the carpet was wet and dirty, the smell in the rooms is bad.
