Not Worth The Late-Night-Trip!

I've been a long-term renter for the past 2 years. I just perused the hotel amenities. Be advised, there is no front-desk attendant...midnight - 7am. Security...if you can track him down, is pretty in-effective. If you're a late, post-midnight, check-in...you have to drive a mile to check-in at another property...then drive back. if you place your cellphone too close to your electronic-key, and disable it, security does not have access to the equipment, as of the last time I inquired...to enable it. Thus, if you're locked-out and, automobile ignition keyless, and no other means to travel to their other property, to re-program your room key...there is no public transit after 9pm...so you must walk the 2-mile round-trip. There are no concierge services, as far as I can tell...only the obligatory What to do/Where to go booklets. There are no business services and, no dry cleaning service. There is however, a nearby, 2-mile round-trip, fitness center. And no, on-site golf course.

I'd been a long-term renter here since March 2008. I have yet to discover where the OFP "Fitness Center" is, though there is a two-machine private-to-owners-only room. There is no on-site golf course...and certainly no "dry cleaning service...." and I have absolutely no idea where these "meeting rooms" can be found. The desk closes at midnight, so late-check-ins have to travel approximately a mile up the boulevard to Sands Resort to check-in, then return here. As for the security guard, it's anyone's guess where he might be taking a break, if you need him, midnight to 7am, when the desk opens for the day.

Stayed here for 4 days in a one bedroom condo. It is across the street but still easy to get to the beach. Centrally located for restaurants and evening activities. Rented from owner so unit was nice and kept up well. The pool bar, lounge and cafe are closed unitl further notice so beware of that if you want to get something to eat or drink at your hotel. Higher the floor oceanfront - better the view - because there is a small 3 story building in front of the hotel. If you get a good price around $*a night I would stay here again. Also beware that the indoor garage has VERY NARROW ramps and you must proceed very slowly. Large SUV's only are allowed to park in two small outdoor lots.

I just wanted to say that this hotel is not worth for what they charge, Parking garage was really dirty, trash every where and parking spaces are too close to each other. Then our room had this musty smell. Most of the appliances were broken. I really thought that the pools were dirty too.
Another bad thing was we were right next door to some other family that were so loud. Woke us up at 3 am. I called downstairs to complain and the girl that answered the phone was a little rude. My whole family was very disappointed. We will never stay here again! -

Spent a week with my family either lounging on the beach or watching the view from our balcony. The condo was superb; had almost everything we needed for the week. We loved having a washer & dryer in the room, & the jacuzzi was wonderful. Housekeeping did an outstanding job serving our needs. The breakfast buffet was ok, not great but still pretty good for buffet food. We had to cross the road to get to the beach, but once we did we had a practically empty beach all to ourselves (apparently this facility is outside the hot spots for beachgoers). Only two complaints are the parking garage (way too narrow to navigate comfortably) & having both bedrooms on the second floor. Having to run upstairs every time you forgot something was a pain, & when you have someone with mobility issues, it's even worse. Despite those two problems, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
