    From the warm cookies on check-in to breakfast the morning of check-out, the Doubletree was delightful. Courteous and helpful staff, spacious suite with big screen TVs in both rooms (so the adults don't have to watch Disney) and an excellent location if you're in Columbus to go to either the Ohio or Palace Theater or to COSI. The kids wanted a pool, but that's a small problem. We'll definitely stay again. Loved it.

    My daughter and I stayed there for a get away weekend Feb 20th-21st. The staff was amazing! Extreamly polite, helpful and knowlegable. We arrived before check in time so they checked our bags, directed us to a nearby area to eat and shop. They had a city map for us and sent us on our way with warm fresh cookies! The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to many attractions. The room was amazing as well. It was huge! You could easily have had a family of 6 staying in our room. We had a beautiful view of the river and COSI. Everything was spotless and handy. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We ended our stay with breakfast in the hotel resturant. It was more then filling and the prices were not bad at all! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Columbus Ohio.

    This was just a little getaway for my family. Never stayed in any Doubletree hotel until this stay. The hotel itself was amazing. We had a corner suite with a river view with a kind bed and pullout sofa bed. We had 5 people in our room.(husband,myself and our 3 small kids) The kids loved it!!! The rooms were very clean and very large!! For everyone concerned with parking. The hotel does have a parking garage attatched and it does cost between $*. However...right beside their parking garage there is another one and it only cost $*. We used the $* garage. The only complaint my husband has is that the soda vending machines were all broken.(And he went to every single machine, in the end he just bought the soda from the lobby shop.) The front desk was super and helped us out when one of our kids "got sick in our car" They went above and beyond with everything. The kids especially LOVED the large,warm cookies that they recieved when we checked in. All in all I would recommend this hotel with anyone who is staying in the area! Next time we stay in Columbus we are staying here agian!!

    This hotel was very beautiful with amazing sized rooms. The parking was a little wacky and there was no valet. But the river view rooms were wonderful. For the price this hotel was a great location at a better price. Two thumbs up.

    Hotel was right where we needed to be, not to far for night life. staff was very knowledgable about good places to go out and see and were very friendly. The most comfortable stay in a long time! Only problem, which was taken care of right away, was blood stains on one of the bed linens.
