    From check in to check out this hotel was great! The staff was very friendly. They answered our questions about the city, providing us with maps and providing taxis at the times we needed to be at our concert. The hotel's restaurant had delicious food. The prices seemed high at first but when they brought the food the plate was piled high and the quality was extraordinary. They could get away with charging much higher prices! We reserved the traditional "small" room. We were only in town for one night and it was plenty big enough for exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathtubs were large and plenty of ammenities were provided. We were even provided free drink coupons for the bar. The parking is expensive. We thought it was nice to tuck the car away close to the hotel and know it was being watched. All the travel sites showed the Lifestyles Community Pavillion was within walking distance but it is not. All in all, a great place to stay. We'll visit again.

    We booked this hotel through Travel Agency "secret hotel" feature and they should have kept it a secret. First they could not give us the 2 beds requested in the reservation and I was told this was travel agency's fault. Then, after they said they were giving me a larger room to compensate I was brought to a small room that just fit a queen size bed, two night stands and a desk, no table. Two of the electrical out lets in the desk did not work. If you want to park you have to use valet parking at $* a night, no newspapers or other info available in the lobby, paid internet access only and they forgot to clean our room on day 2. To top it all off the wind came whistling in through our 4th floor window and when I tried to close it completely the corner popped out. I was able to put it back but air continued to whistle. Coffee pot worked sometimes. In short save your money, the decor is nice but you can get more amenities at your average 2 or 3 star motel.h

    Very good experience. the only problem is the lack of parking in town. the parking lot that is affiliated with the hotel charges $* per day, which i think is excessive.

    We were very impressed with our room. We just booked a simple double bed room for one night b/c we were just in town to go out for the evening but were very pleased. We'll definitely be back.

    I've stayed at the Westin Columbus twice. It's a beautiful property with old world charm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are heavenly. The rooms are quiet. They also have a policy that if you're unhappy with anything, they compensate you in some way and that is awesome. Good food in the restaurants, free internet in the business center, loads of on demand pay per view movies. And it's on High Street, close to the downtown shopping and after hour clubs. Love this hotel. Looking forward to returning.
